400 g of corn white flour 

1 liter of water 

100 g of fat 

200 g of cottage cheese

Preparation: 

It is best to use white corn flour to prepare porridge. Put water and salt in the bowl, when it is done, add sifted corn flour, stirring constantly with a food processor, until the mass thickens. Cook the porridge on a low heat for another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

Oatmeal can be eaten with milk and melted cheese. In some villages, porridge is served with leeks or greaves.
