Recipe for 3 people
Preparation time about 1 hour
Components:
8 dried peppers
4 onions (medium size)
About 150 g of chopped or ground walnuts
Dry herbal spice
Salt
Ground pepper
Nutmeg
Pepper
Preparation:
Fry finely chopped onion in oil until it becomes sweet, then add pre-cooked rice. Fry for 2-3 minutes, then add walnuts and spices. Mix well and fill the peppers that we previously cleaned from the seeds and immersed in hot water to soften them. Arrange in a pan, pour a little water, cover with aluminum foil and leave to simmer for about half an hour. Remove the foil and bake them for another ten minutes.
