Components:
• 400 grams of minced pork fat
• 560 grams of flour
• 4 decilitres of sour cream
• a little salt
• sugar
• jam
Preparation:
Add sour cream, lard, very little salt to the flour, and knead everything together. Roll out the crust thinly with a rolling pin. Cut as desired with a knife, put on rosehip or apricot jam, wrap them like a roll, arrange them on a baking sheet and in a preheated oven. Roll the warm rolls in vanilla-scented sugar.
