Orasnice

Components: 

2 eggs 

1 teaspoon vinegar 

300 g of sugar 

500 g of walnuts 

Preparation: 

Beat eggs well with sugar and vinegar. Add 300 g of finely ground walnuts and 200 g of chopped walnuts to the kneaded mass. From the obtained mass, form semicircular rolls, and arrange them in a greased tray. The nuts are baked in the oven over a low heat, they need to be dried more, similar to puslice. The nuts are served cold and can stand in a cool place for a long time.
