Patišpanj (Spongecake)

Components: 

• 6 eggs 

• 180 grams of sugar 

• 270 grams of flour 

• 2 tablespoons baking powder 

• on top of a salt knife 

Preparation: 

Whisk the egg whites with the sugar, add a little salt, then the egg yolks one by one. Then add spoon by spoon of flour, stirring without interruption. Grease the pan with oil, flour it, then pour the dough and bake at a moderate temperature. Leave the baked patisserie to cool well, then cut it.
