Components: 

10 egg whites 

20 tablespoons sugar 

A few drops of lemon juice 

Preparation: 

Whisk the egg whites and add 1 tablespoon of sugar until a solid foam is formed. Then add a few drops of lemon and take out in a tray of puslice. Dry for 2 to 3 hours at a very low temperature in the oven. 

Interesting facts: 

This cake was made by grandmothers for their grandchildren and was one of the most popular cake recipes until chocolate and similar ingredients came into use.
