„Vanilice“ cookies



150 g of butter 

200 g crystal sugar 

4 bags of vanilla sugar 

3 egg yolks 

5 tablespoons ground walnuts 

400 g of white wheat flour 

100 g of plum jam 


Whisk the butter well with the sugar and add the ground walnuts, egg yolks, vanilla sugar and enough flour to knead a medium hard dough. Spread the crust with a rolling pin half a cm thick and remove the cakes with a glass. Arrange them in a pan and bake. Combine the roasts with stitch jam, roll in powdered sugar and leave in a cool, dry place until serving.
