Pastry with pork scratchings



• 3 egg yolks 

• 3-4 tablespoons of cream 

• 1 deciliter of milk 

• a teaspoon of salt 

• ½ kilograms of ground greaves 

• ½ kilograms of flour 


Whisk 2 egg yolks and cream. Add yeast dissolved in milk, salt and greaves. Whisk well. Add flour. Even out the mass by hand. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 centimeter. Shape the cakes with a glass, arrange them in a tray and let them stand for an hour. Coat them with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven.
