1 head of cabbage
½ kg of cornflour
Finely chop the cabbage, sprinkle with allspice and fry in oil.
Two thin “cookies” are kneaded from the flour and water. The cabbage is handed over over the first one, and another corn “cookie” is placed on top so that the cabbage is closed on the side with the dough. Put everything in a pan and then in a preheated oven to bake for half an hour.
